David CAMERON vient d'être nommé Premier ministre du Royaume Uni de Grande-Bretagne et d'Irlande du Nord par la Reine Elisabeth II. C'est l'aboutissement de son travail depuis plusieurs années dans l'opposition à la tête du Parti Conservateur. J'avais pu me rendre compte du sérieux de leurs travaux lors du Congrès annuel du parti en 2008 à Birmingham et en 2009 à Manchester, avec le slogan "Un plan pour le changement".
